Dr. Kate Vawter, Founder
When Dr. Vawter’s passion for teaching and coaching leadership grew beyond the college classroom, she founded Ascent Solutions. From an early age, Dr. Vawter was intrigued by those in leadership roles. She has degrees in Marketing (BS), Public Administration (MPA), and Leadership and Innovation (EdD).

We believe in the universal power of kindness. We practice kindness in the words we use, and the places we choose to use them. With consent, we are huggers. We are the kind of people who bring extra coffee in because it's the nice thing to do, we hold the door open, and will regularly be the last person to get in line for lunch.
